Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance. This role requires expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and proficiency in analytics tools to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources, including operational, financial, and customer data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business processes and strategies.
• Work closely with various departments to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize business decisions.
• Implement data modeling techniques to forecast trends and business outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data governance and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
