Overview

As a Data Analyst at GM Diamond Group, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our real estate projects and market trends. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that accurate data insights are available for strategic planning and decision-making. Your role will involve leveraging advanced data tools and techniques to analyze large datasets and present actionable insights to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, market reports, project performance data, etc.).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze real estate market trends, sales data, property values, and investment returns to provide insights that support business strategies.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to projects, sales, and market conditions.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to help the organization identify opportunities, risks, and trends within the real estate sector.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, marketing, and project management teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions for various challenges.
• Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive models to forecast sales, market conditions, and project outcomes using historical data and statistical methods.
• Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems and reports.
• Data Visualization: Present complex data in an easily digestible format using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business queries and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide solutions based on data insights to improve business operations and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Real Estate Industry: Familiarity with real estate data and market dynamics, including property valuation, investment analysis, and sales trends.
• Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis or automation.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to build dashboards and reports.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
