Data Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights, support decision-making processes, and improve business operations. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, generate reports, and deliver meaningful analytics that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data that inform business strategies and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for various projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deliver insights for specific business inquiries or challenges.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives to improve business performance.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling is a plus.
• Experience in machine learning or statistical modeling is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation techniques.
• Knowledge of business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
