Data Analyst

Overview

Job Overview: The Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing market trends, property performance, and operational data to support strategic decision-making within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, 1 t0 2.5 years of experience in real estate data, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for various departments, including marketing, sales, investment, and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate market trends, property performance, and sales data to provide actionable insights and forecasts.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions and strategy development.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct pricing analysis and valuation models to support property investment and acquisition strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, occupancy, and leasing data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies for property marketing, client targeting, and market expansion.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure data is accurately captured and utilized.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by performing regular data audits and updates.
• Stay current with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and software tools to continuously improve analysis and reporting methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1 to 2.5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the real estate industry or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with real estate data sources, including MLS, public records, and property databases.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling is a plus.
• Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or real estate analytics platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and investment analysis in real estate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
