Overview

1. Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, ya Economics.
• Post-graduate qualification (MBA ya Master's in Data Analytics)

2. Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Python, R, SQL.
• Data Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, QlikView.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Big Data Tools (optional): Hadoop, Spark.
• Statistical Knowledge: Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Predictive Analysis.
• Excel: Advanced Excel for basic analysis.

3. Experience:

• Entry-level role: 0-2 years ka relevant experience.
• Mid-level role: 2-5 years ka data analytics aur visualization ka experience.
• Industry-specific experience -IT Projects

4. Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Team collaboration and stakeholder management.

5. Key Responsibilities

• Conversion of Business problems into driven solutions
• making Reports and dashboards into actionable insights
• Cleaning and analysis of Large datasets
• Identification of Trends patterns
• Develop the business strategies with the collaboration of Stakeholders

6. Certifications (Optional but Valuable):

• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
• Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification.
