Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data, transforming it into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, optimize processes, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management:
• Collect, organize, and store data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and manage databases, ensuring that the data is up-to-date, clean, and properly formatted.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Use statistical techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) to analyze data and present findings.
• Develop and apply data models to solve business problems.
• Reporting & Visualization:
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders.
• Prepare and present data findings to management, providing actionable recommendations.
• Create automated reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Data Quality & Integrity:
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through thorough validation and data cleaning techniques.
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data, ensuring high data quality.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with business leaders, product teams, marketing, and other departments to understand data needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate on the creation of business strategies based on data analysis results.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to optimize and improve data processes and workflows.
• Recommend tools and technologies to enhance data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in SQL for querying databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data storage solutions is a plus.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data findings in an understandable and compelling way.
• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience (typically 1–3 years) in a data analysis or data-related role is preferred.
