Data Analyst - Warehouse & Logistics

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Critically analyze data and business processes, bring out inferences, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in last mile operations (both forward and reverse).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, customer care, marketing, finance, and Tech/Product, to gather and gather inputs from them.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics like cost, TAT adherence etc.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and service offerings from time to time.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational capabilities and always have a knack for automation.
• Take initiative in engaging with all courier partners for ensuring pickups and customer deliveries.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations like customer satisfaction and logistics partner score-carding
• Act the data analytics SPOC for the entire supply chain department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or courier industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau) and business intelligence software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location : Prabhadevi/Parel, Mumbai.

Work type : Onsite / work from office.
