• Supports Business Intelligence/Tableau related projects, including the creation of Tableau artifacts for proof of concept, prototyping, analytics demonstrations, and internal reporting
• Evaluates, creates and delivers on data and reporting needs for enterprise stakeholders and projects, ensuring data integrity and analytical insights
• Builds data visualizations dashboards to demonstrate key value-driving opportunities
• Builds reporting tools to assist business operational users to execute day-to-day responsibilities
• Helps to design and provide recommendations for enhanced reporting solution using business and technical knowledge
• Helps develop and implement strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met
• Works with system owners and end users to define business and understand business requirements, translate them into technical solution design
• Develops standardized and sustainable approaches to trending of data that improves the Customer Experience, Operational Performance, and organization's Compliance standards
• Interfaces and coordinates with manufacturers as well as internal and external stakeholders to collect necessary agreements to ensure effective user onboarding
• Develops and updates technical documentation for all solutions provided
• Aligns reporting / data / metrics across business units/geographies
• Clarifies data inconsistencies and offers technical assistance/expertise as necessary
• Communicates and collaborates with users to analyze information needs

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Certifications:

• Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
• Tableau Certification

WORK EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.
