Job Description
Responsibilities
- You will work extensively with data & hypotheses, create clear and effective reports and data
- Define requirements for reporting, customer behavior, and technical performance metrics, and
- Identify opportunities to improve metrics and define reports that provide senior stakeholders with
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards,
- Develop, implement, and automate processes to collect and manage usage data from multiple
- Partner with internal and external market research teams to analyze our customers and the
- Derive insights from customer feedback and usage data and provide input into new product

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, related technical field, or
- 2-5 years of years of relevant work experience in consulting, analytics, data engineering, business
- Experience with statistical modelling and analysing large data sets using Python or R
- Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tools to
- Experience using SQL, ETL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex
- Proven track record of successful communication of analytical outcomes through written
team
