About the Team:
The KYC (Know Your Customer) & Onboarding Team plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and compliant customer onboarding journey while adhering to global regulatory standards. The team focuses on conducting detailed customer due diligence, streamlining onboarding processes, and supporting business growth by mitigating risks. As part of a dynamic and highly collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions while developing innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements, market trends, and operational solutions. You will act as a key interface between stakeholders, analyzing data and providing insights to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements while driving impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, market insights, and actionable strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into effective operational strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, data models, workflows, and reports.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in a clear and understandable format.
- Monitor market trends and align findings with business objectives to recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure high quality and accuracy of data analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Actively support cross-functional teams in implementing and evaluating process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on bridging business needs with operational solutions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in creating clear and comprehensive documentation (e.g., requirement specs, workflows).
- Ability to interpret market trends and align them with business strategies and operational goals.
- Experience in working across multi-disciplinary teams and understanding various operational processes.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and advanced data modeling is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to identify and resolve business challenges through data-driven insights.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
