Voosh Promotions AI – Data Analyst
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst at Voosh to support our team in analyzing the promotions and ad campaigns for some of the largest restaurant chains in the US. The analyst would play a critical role in preparing data-driven presentations for senior executives to summarize campaign performance metrics. The analyst will work with the Voosh leadership team to make business case to restaurant owners for launching high performance campaigns and optimizing budget allocation across campaigns.
This role is for someone with a keen analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in digital marketing analytics. This will be a contract-based role for the first three months and would thereafter be considered for full time role based on the performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of restaurant promotions and ad campaigns to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Configure promo and ad campaigns across different third party delivery platforms (DoorDash, UberEats)
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, growth, promo redemption rates, engagement rates, ad conversion rates, and ROI / Return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Assist with running multiple regression models and ML models (clustering to identify which marketing tactics work best for which type of customer persona
- Prepare data-driven presentations and decks for senior restaurant executives.
- Stay updated with industry trends in restaurant marketing and digital advertising to propose ideas for building a cutting edge, first of a kind promotions optimization solution in the industry.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science and data analytics role, preferably in the B2C space
- Completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of generalized linear regression models, log-log models to capture diminishing returns effects of digital marketing tactics etc.
- Basic understanding of A/B Testing or Test- control analysis for discreet impact measurement studies
- High degree of proficiency in Excel and Python (for regression modelling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with Figma / PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
