Cybersecurity Consultant

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Specialist to join a team responsible for the security architecture and operational support of a remote access platform. The role includes evaluating security maturity, designing and implementing controls, conducting audits and penetration testing, and ensuring compliance with privacy and client requirements.

Your tasks

• Validating the security maturity of proposed solution architectures
• Performing threat modeling and identifying applicable controls
• Providing consultation and supporting teams in the implementation of security measures
• Conducting internal security audits and penetration testing activities
• Handling customer audits and addressing external security requirements
• Managing the planning and execution of mitigation actions in line with agreed SLAs

Requirements

• Knowledge of security architecture principles and application security standards (e.g., OWASP Top Ten)
• Solid understanding of network protocols (especially HTTP) and system integration
• Experience with securing on-premise and cloud-based environments
• Ability to interpret security test reports and derive actionable conclusions
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML)
• Familiarity with remote access technologies (Z-Scaler experience is a plus)
