Overview
What You’ll Do:
· Continuously monitor security systems, analyse vulnerabilities, and respond to incidents in real-time using various security tools and practices.
· Identify, evaluate, and manage potential security risks across IT infrastructure and applications.
· Investigate security breaches, provide detailed incident reports, and propose remediation strategies.
· Conduct regular security audits to assess the effectiveness of security policies, procedures, and controls.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, compliance, and legal, to ensure proper security protocols are followed.
· Provide training and awareness to staff members on best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
· Configure and utilize various security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption solutions.
· Assist in maintaining compliance with security regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other industry standards.
· Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and other security metrics.
Required skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with hands-on experience in threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessment.
· Experience with various security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus solutions, etc.) and threat analysis techniques.
· Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR).
· Proficiency in identifying, analysing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
· Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and firewall configurations.
· Experience in penetration testing, security audits, and threat hunting.
· Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, etc.) and securing cloud-based infrastructures.
· Solid understanding of security best practices, risk management, and incident response methodologies.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and techniques.
· Understanding of blockchain security and its potential applications in cybersecurity.
· Experience with threat intelligence platforms (e.g., ThreatConnect, Anomali, or similar tools).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
