JOB PURPOSE:

Governs cybersecurity policies, procedures and processes. Manages cyber risks and assures compliance of IT and OT systems with the organization’s cybersecurity and risk management requirements.

? Managing the Cybersecurity strategy, policies, procedures, and standards.

? Managing the Cybersecurity audit and compliance programs.

? Managing the Cybersecurity training and awareness.

? Managing the Cyber defense and overall security posture.

? Managing risk and vulnerability assessments with their remediation plans.

? Managing the Cybersecurity operations.

? Gap Analysis (Current maturity level vs NCA – ECC & OTCC)

? Gap Analysis (Current maturity level vs ENGIE OT Framework)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 4 years computer sciences or relevant bachelor degree.

Minimum of 2 Years’ experience working in IT/OT cybersecurity

Minimum of 8 Years’ experience working in IT/OT environment / infrastructure.

Minimum of 4 Years’ experience in Cybersecurity audits and gap analysis

Active Directory and Exchange administration training.

Certifications in network hardware management / operation.

Knowledge of network components, their operation and appropriate network security controls and methods

Knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, mitigation and management methods.

Knowledge of cybersecurity related threats and vulnerabilities.

Knowledge of the likely operational impact on an organization of cybersecurity breaches.
