Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Software Developer to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that enhance customer relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing, integrating, and optimizing CRM systems to meet business needs and improve user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize CRM software solutions to meet business requirements.

Design and implement system integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems.

Create workflows, plugins, and custom modules to enhance CRM functionality.

Analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Maintain and enhance existing CRM solutions to optimize performance and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand and address CRM-related challenges.

Perform data migration, system upgrades, and version management.

Provide end-user support and training on CRM functionalities.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM software development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Zoho).

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.

Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations (REST/SOAP).

Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).

Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Certification in relevant CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Microsoft Dynamics Certification).

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for CRM applications.
