CRM/ERP Systems Specialist and Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Software CRM Developer (for Dynamics Business Central/FO, HR, Sales) and Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and developing software solutions or systems to streamline data processing, reporting, and decision-making.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources (e.g., databases, or files).
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support business vision and goals.
• Perform statistical analyses and generate meaningful reports to inform business decisions.
• Develop data models and dashboards.
• Build data-driven applications, tools, and systems to automate data collection, reporting, and analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to integrate data systems with other business tools and platforms.
• Create automated reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom web-based solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing data validation and cleaning techniques.
• Create and maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Responsible for the Development of the Information/Data systems
• Structure the data in all the software systems that have information connected to
• Develop, configure, and implement customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
• Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other internal and external systems.
• Create custom plugins and workflows to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365, ensuring they adhere to best practices.
• Other relevant tasks that may be assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field
• Preferably with Strong knowledge of database management systems
• Hands-on working experience with data wrangling (cleaning, transforming, and pre-processing complex datasets)
• Proficient in database performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Preferably skilled in SQL and database scripting
• Preferably with the ability to work with cloud-based databases and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
• With experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and development (Field Service, Business Central/NAV /F&O /HR); experience with working on the development of competitor brands of CRM/ERP can also be considered
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Analytical skills to assess and improve processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?95,000.00 per month
