As a CRM & Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing robust reporting solutions using BigQuery. You will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes, driving CRM improvements, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
CRM Management & Improvement:

Manage, configure, and maintain CRM systems like LeadSquared and Zoho, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.

Customize and optimize CRM workflows to align with evolving business needs.

Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

Facilitate stakeholder sessions to collect detailed requirements and ensure accurate documentation and solution design.

Develop and manage comprehensive reporting solutions using BigQuery.

Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Analyze large datasets to identify valuable insights, trends, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must-Have:

2+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM management, or a related role.

Proven experience with CRM platforms like LeadSquared and Zoho.

Strong understanding of CRM customization, workflow optimization, and automation.

Hands-on experience with BigQuery for reporting and data extraction.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
