Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Core Java Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Core Java and a passion for developing scalable, high-performance applications. You will work on designing, coding, and maintaining applications, ensuring the best software quality and performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Part of team involved in in developing & enhancing listed derivatives applications.
• Develop multi tiered risk applications related to core Listed derivatives platform (for senior developer role) using Java/ database
• Ability to operate independently or within a team. Ability to play both leadership and team contributor roles. Good communication and business face oƯ skills are essential.
• Develop secure and eƯicient high quality production code and reviews code written by others. CI/CD
• Interact with multiple upstream and downstream, understand the end to end trade flow.
• Technology stack: Multi-tiered enterprise applications using core java, spring, DB2
• Working in Agile environment with our users across sales, trading, operations and finance to implement innovate business ideas and increase business eƯiciency in a complex platform.
• Involve in the full development lifecycle of the project to ensure we iteratively deliver value to our stakeholders.
• Collaborate and engage with colleagues and technologists globally to drive both the platform’s resiliency and scalability
• Level 3 support to the users of the platform during the regional hours.

Required Technical Skills:

• Core Java – in-depth knowledge and commercial exp of Java 3+
• Sping
• DB2 or an alternative relational database, knowledge of SQL
• Distributed Cache and knowledge of frameworks and distributed environments
• Kafka
• Intermediate Scripting skills – understanding of basic Unix shell scripts, Python
• Pragmatic attitude to problem solving with in front oƯice environment
• HTML5 technologies, Angular Typescript, JavaScript
• Scala, C# / WPF
• Python Experience
• Experience in sales and trading platform or middle oƯice trade processing systems in equities/ FX/fixed income/derivatives domains
• Excel proficiency

Required Other Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication. Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills.
• Relevant work experience in software development.
• Experience in investment banking is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
