- Act as a Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage and communicate project scope, timelines, and progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment and adopt best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles and practices.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
