By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on Way4, Worldline’s core back-office application, which processed over 4 billion transactions last year. Your skills will help ensure that the Way4 system operates smoothly and reliably, supporting our commitment to high-quality digital payment solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Job Description:
- As a servant leader candidate should support and coach up to three Development Teams & PO to work in a self-organized & agile way
- Candidate should work together with other Scrum Masters in different locations following a Scaled Agile approach
- Candidate should be helping the whole Scrum Team in different Scrum Events to define, refine and work on their Sprint Backlog
- Candidate should be organizing & moderating different Scrum ceremonies e.g. the Sprint Retrospective
- Candidate should be coaching the whole group in a motivating approach to understand the Agile Values and Principles
- Candidate should be helping the Teams to remove impediments
- Candidate should be working closely together with the PO, to ensure the product backlog is ready for the next sprint
- Should ensure that time boxes (ceremonies, features, etc.) are respected and adhered to
- Should be driving the continuous improvements of the team members, process and product
- Should drive proactively continuous improvements of the overall organization in collaboration with the other Scrum Masters
Skill Requirements:
Qualification (Mandatory):
- Candidate should be an experience Scrum Master and maybe also in other methods like Kanban, XP
- Should have very good skills as moderator, presenter, coach and solving conflicts
- For candidate Agility is a passion, not only a framework or process
- Should be speaking fluent Business English
- Should have a certificate as Scrum Master (e.g. scrum.org PSM1)
Optional :
- Beneficial, but not mandatory: candidate may have experience with Scaled Agile approaches such as LeSS
- Beneficial, but not mandatory: candidate should speak also German

- You demonstrate a high degree of independence and self-motivation
- You stay up to date with new technologies and systems and can quickly learn about them
- You communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
- You collaborate clearly with colleagues and to customers according to their technical skill level.
