As Commercial Data Analyst, your primary responsibility is to analyze commercial data to support revenue forecasting, generate actionable insights, and maintain data quality and integrity across systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret sales, marketing, and CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Operations teams to support accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools to visualize key commercial metrics and KPIs.
- Perform regular data audits to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across CRM (HubSpot) and other sales and marketing systems.
- Proactively identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams to correct and prevent future issues.
- Partner with CRM administrators and data owners to implement processes that improve data quality and governance.
- Assist in defining and tracking sales, marketing, and revenue KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives, campaign performance, and sales performance management.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and deliver presentations that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar role with a focus on sales data and revenue forecasting.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools, with a preference for Power BI.
- Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
- Proven ability to maintain data accuracy and drive data quality initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present data-driven insights clearly.
