AEM Project Manager / Scrum Master (M-SM level)

Role Description / Responsibilities

• Driving a large and high visibility program
• Driving one or more teams in an agile environment
• Stakeholder management in a complex environment
• Setting good professional relationship and trust with client while push back as needed
• End to end ownership of delivery
• Handling multiple tracks of activities / PODs / projects
• Supporting leadership with KPI reporting, status reporting, billing etc.
• Conducting all Scrum ceremonies
• Establish proper organizational processes and ways of working with the team
• Manage demanding situations
• Identify and track risks, dependencies, issues
• Change management

Preferred skills

• Prior experience of 10+ years of managing development projects including some big programs (Not support or operation management experience)
• Prior experience of managing agile teams
• Prior experience of handling multi-cultural or multi-geography team is preferable
• Rich experience in client handling and expectation setting
• PM certifications preferred (PMP, CSM, Prince 2 etc.)
• AEM or any other CMS related project management experience is preferred.
• A high-level understanding of technology dependencies and business objectives of executed projects is expected
