The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on development experience, and a passion for building scalable and efficient systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that power real-time experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop microservices-based architecture leveraging container technologies (e.g., Docker) and container management systems (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Implement real-time communication features using technologies like web sockets, long-polling, and server-sent events.
- Optimize systems for low latency and high scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose ways to apply them to current projects.
- 4 - 8 years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of real-time systems and communication protocols.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Good grasp of low-level design principles and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proactive and eager to continuously learn new technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
