Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated UI Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. As a UI Developer, you will work closely with UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create beautiful, user-friendly, and responsive web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to implement the visual elements of the user interface while ensuring a seamless experience across different devices and browsers.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement the visual elements of the user interface while ensuring a seamless experience across different devices and browsers.
Key Responsibilities
- UI Development: Implement user interface components based on the design specifications provided by the UX/UI designers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Responsive Design: Ensure web applications are fully responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure that the technical aspects align with the visual requirements and functionality.
- Optimization: Improve website performance by optimizing front-end code and resources (e.g., image compression, lazy loading, etc.).
- Version Control: Use version control tools like Git to manage and track code changes.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct front-end testing to identify issues and ensure a bug-free, smooth user experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript: Strong knowledge of web development fundamentals and experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- . UI Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJs / NextJ
- s CSS Preprocessors: Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS
- . Responsive Design: Experience implementing responsive designs using frameworks like Bootstrap or through custom media queries

- . UI Design Tools: Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus
- . Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, user-centric interfaces
- . Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the UI development
- . Good Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
