Co-Founder (CTO/Technical Lead)

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Co-Founder (CTO/Technical Lead) to join our founding team and drive the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a high-impact startup, build a scalable product, and create long-term value. As a co-founder, you will be responsible for leading the full-stack development, infrastructure, deployment, and scaling of our platform while ensuring performance, security, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain a high-quality, user-friendly front-end (React, Flutter, or similar) and a robust backend (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Design and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimization.
• CI/CD & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and streamline development workflows.
• Scalability & Performance Optimization: Architect systems to handle high traffic loads, optimize performance, and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best security practices for application and data protection.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the founding team, mentor engineers, and foster a strong engineering culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Flutter, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with backend development (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in database management (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or Supabase).
• Experience in scaling distributed systems and handling high-traffic applications.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
• Passion for startups, innovation, and solving real-world problems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML integration and data engineering.
• Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience.
• Knowledge of blockchain, Web3, or serverless architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 120 months

Pay: ₹18,341.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
