Cloud Support Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based services and infrastructure.
• Monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and ensure high availability and performance.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud solutions.
• Implement and manage cloud security measures, including access control, encryption, and monitoring.
• Perform backup and recovery tasks, ensuring data integrity and continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud services.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in capacity planning and performance analysis to enhance cloud services.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Familiarity with cloud management tools, monitoring, and automation.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and VPNs in a cloud context.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automating tasks.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Docker) is a plus.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or similar.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Engineer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
