Cloud Support – Chennai (1-2 Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for AWS and Azure environments. The candidate should have a foundational understanding of cloud security and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for cloud-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
- Monitor system performance and security compliance.
- Assist in cloud migrations and deployments.
- Document and maintain cloud support procedures.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
- Understanding of cloud security principles.
- Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, load balancers).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
