Cloud Engineer – L3

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer – L3 with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, M365 services, and automation scripting. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud infrastructure, enabling secure access, seamless collaboration, and efficient automation. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Azure technologies, Microsoft 365, and strong troubleshooting capabilities to support internal engineering and service desk teams.

Responsibilities

Azure & Identity Management:

• Manage Microsoft Azure SSO and Identity.

• Deploy and support enterprise applications integrated with Azure for SSO and user provisioning.

• Build and deploy Azure resources including VMs, Azure DBs, Storage, and Log Analytics.

• Design and develop automation using PowerShell scripts, modules, runbooks, and Power Automate flows.

• Provide Level 3 operational support to engineering and service desk teams.

Intune / Autopilot Administration:

• Design, create, and deploy Intune configurations, settings, and compliance policies.

• Implement conditional access policies based on Security team requirements.

• Support the deployment, patching, and troubleshooting of applications via Intune.

Email Flow & Architecture:

• Design and optimize email flow architectures for performance and reliability.

• Troubleshoot email delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Integrate email systems with other enterprise platforms.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and follow best practices in email systems.

Microsoft 365 Services:

• Design, implement, and maintain M365 solutions such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Monitor and ensure the health and performance of M365 environments.

• Support end-users and internal teams through technical guidance and troubleshooting.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Develop and maintain process and troubleshooting documentation for junior engineers and support staff.

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members as needed.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Azure AD, Intune/Autopilot, and Azure MFA

• SSO integrations (SAML and other authentication protocols)

• Microsoft Azure services (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS)

• Scripting with PowerShell or Python

• Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power BI)

  
  

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s Zero Trust Security Model

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot identity, access, and compliance-related challenges

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience creating clear documentation and SOPs
