POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking for a Cloud specialist at infra side (IT Prod APS) to support applicative department in the deployment process, the debugging and incident management.

This person will follow the new project onboardings by assessing the needs and translate them into technical requests. He will do the follow up and support through all the steps of implementation (Alert/monitoring, log management).

This person will be in constant contact with Architects, L3 support, infra providers and the applicative clients.

He will join the L2 support team and therefore take on-call rotation and participate to DRP exercises
