JD for AWS Infrastructure Architect
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Infrastructure Architect to
design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will
have deep expertise in AWS services, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud
security. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, resilient, and cost-effective
cloud environments that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable,
high-availability, and secure AWS-based infrastructure solutions.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform,
CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
Networking & Security: Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, security groups,
IAM roles, and VPNs to ensure secure cloud environments.
Performance & Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize AWS resources for
performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Migration & Modernization: Assist in cloud migrations, including lift-and-shift,
re-platforming, and re-architecting applications for AWS.
Automation & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated
infrastructure provisioning.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure AWS infrastructure meets security and
compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide guidance and troubleshooting expertise for AWS
infrastructure-related issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to
align cloud infrastructure with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in designing and
implementing AWS cloud solutions.
Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM,
Route 53, and CloudFront.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or
CloudFormation.
Expertise in networking and security best practices for AWS cloud environments.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, AWS Config, or ELK
Stack.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid knowledge of cost management strategies for AWS infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure,
GCP).Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.Understanding
of database management in AWS (RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹140,353.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
