Civil QA QC Engineer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality of our construction projects. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards.

2. Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3. Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify defects, investigate causes, and implement corrective actions.

4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.

5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are met.

6. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to quality processes and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in construction.

3. Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certifications are desirable.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and regulations.

2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,540.84 - ₹44,366.34 per month
