Overview
1. Network monitoring ( via software or any other means as defined by company ) and troubleshooting related problems 2. Configuration of switches / OLT 3. Co-ordination with field staff for resolution of any issues related to network & customers. 4. Giving Voice based support to field engineer. 5. MIS reports creation of Network activities / escalation. 6. candidate has to work in 24/7 rotational shift as per the JOB description. 7. Maintaining day to day smooth transition of shifts among teammates as per company guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
