Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for Coupa System administration and end user support through phone, emails and Service now tickets.
Having knowledge of all Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contract)
Experience in P2P Indirect Procurement, Manage common Coupa Admin tasks, Configure Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, supplier & catalog enablement.
Ability to understand requirements around requisitions, POs, Invoices, receipts and tolerances, Deploy best Coupa practices
Working on Requisitions, Orders, Invoice, Expenses, Approval chains, Mileage rate, Chart of accounts, Lookup values, Account groups, Custom fields, Punch-outs, Items, Suppliers, Company Information, Home page content, Functional Integration error, Roles, and permissions
Required Skills: 2-4Yrs
Good communication skills - Verbal and Written
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
PMO experience is an added advantage
Good experience working with PSA /project management tool like ,(Coupa OpenAir NetSuite:not Mandatory)
Coupa Minimum 2+Yrs is must & Should
Strong Excel knowledge & MS office Skills Must Strong knowledge in working with information systems - run reports, usage of BI/DOMO/Power BI, define required reports - Good to have
