Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business IT Analyst to join our team and assist in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of business requirement analysis, Agile methodologies, and software development processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are well understood.
• Assist in Agile project management using Jira and other collaboration tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Perform gap analysis and provide insights for process improvements.
• Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating business requirements.
• Prepare reports, flowcharts, and presentations for project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of business requirement analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or basic programming concepts is a plus.
