Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various business units.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into efficient data models and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting solutions by implementing best practices in data governance and data quality.
• Work with various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into analytical models.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data architecture and optimize database structures.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BI tools, data engineering, and analytics trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, database design, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Experience in integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring seamless data flow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification on PowerBI, or deep experience in PowerBI
• • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or QlikView also beneficial.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with third party integrations / use of APIs.
