Business Intelligence Analyst

Department: Development Operations (DevOps)

Location: India

• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Amazon Quicksights and Power BI.


• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.


• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business leaders.


• Integrate data from third-party systems like JIRA through REST APIs or relational databases.


• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting tools.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized data solutions.


• Present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.


• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend system enhancements.


• Stay up-to-date with BI tools and emerging technologies to enhance capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
