We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with advanced data modeling expertise to join our team and contribute to two critical projects: Digital Easy1 and OECD Summary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating logical and physical data models, preparing user stories, hosting agile development rituals, and supporting development and testing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, agile methodologies, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

💼 Role: Business Analyst with Data Modelling
What You'll Do
Digital Easy1:
Create the logical and physical data models ready to be implemented in a database for Easy1 Assist. The work will translate the advanced document model prepared by the Business Analyst to a transactional data model to cope with functional and non functional requirements to be defined with the team.
Prepare the backlog of user stories to implement the tool Easy1 Assist based on the requirements gathered by the Business Analyst, with their description and acceptance criteria, ready to be implemented in test cases.
Host the agile development rituals of the development team: grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum and retro.
Report project progress to IT Delivery lead every 3 weeks.
OECD Summary
Create a document data model per OECD summary template for acute toxicity. Find common patterns, consolidate them into a logical and physical data model ready to be implemented in IEF Assist database.
Map the new OECD summary document model to the IUCLID ESR data model of type matching the summaries in acute tox, specify the required transformations and their parameters.
Work in collaboration with the IEF Assist BA in defining relevant user stories to implement for the project.
Support the IEF Assist engineers during development and testing
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering.
3+ years of Data Modelling experience.
3+ years as Business Analyst or Agile Scrum Master working on agile projects.
Stakeholder collaboration: communicate the model to business stakeholders and incorporate feedback in the design.
Product Safety or Regulatory domain experience is a bonus
