Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst – Wealth Management, you will act as a critical
link between CIO-level leadership, business teams, and technology
teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined and aligned with
business objectives. Your role will involve independently engaging with
stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and working closely with
technology teams to create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with CIO-level stakeholders and business teams,
ensuring seamless communication and understanding of business
needs.
Independently lead story grooming sessions with business
teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Utilize strong analytical skills to identify gaps, challenges, and
opportunities within business processes.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise user
stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for the technology
team.
Work closely with technology teams to ensure alignment between
business needs and technical implementation.
Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to resolve
conflicts, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth project execution.Maintain a structured approach to documentation, ensuring
traceability of requirements and changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong
background in Wealth Management.
Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with CIO-
level executives and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently in story grooming,
requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Hands-on experience in creating user stories, acceptance
criteria, and backlog management in Agile environments.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
platforms.
Experience collaborating with technology teams to bridge
business and IT requirements.
