Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that will enhance the skills of aspiring business analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a passion for teaching and mentoring. This role involves creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and providing ongoing support to students.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in business analysis.
● Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
● Conduct classroom and online training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
● Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
● Stay current with industry trends and incorporate the latest tools and techniques into the training curriculum.
● Collaborate with other trainers and instructional designers to enhance the training programs.
● Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students as needed.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Analyst Trainer.
● Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools.
● Proficient in business analysis software and tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, etc.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Passion for teaching and mentoring.
● Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
● Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
● Certification in business analysis or related fields (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) but not mandatory
● Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
