Required Skills:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for CCTV surveillance and analytics solutions.
· Drive new business opportunities in targeted industries.
· Develop and execute sales strategies for Pan-India operations.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
· Identify, target, and engage potential clients across verticals.
· Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Security Managers, CSO’s & CISF).
· Conduct regular client meetings to understand and address their surveillance needs.
3. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
· Generate leads through networking, industry events, and online research.
· Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Use CRM tools to document interactions and progress.
4. Product Knowledge and Solution Designing
· Acquire in-depth knowledge of CCTV and analytics products, including IP cameras, video management software (VMS), and AI-based analytics solutions.
· Work with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions.
· Present proof of concepts (POC) and demos to potential clients.
5. Market Research and Strategy Development
· Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine strategies.
· Identify high-growth opportunities such as AI-based analytics, thermal cameras, and cloud-based surveillance.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop industry-specific campaigns.
6. Proposal and Tender Management
· Draft detailed proposals, technical documentation, and pricing models.
· Participate in tenders and RFP processes for government and enterprise clients.
· Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams
· Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to deliver seamless solutions.
· Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional events.
· Ensure alignment with after-sales support teams for ongoing maintenance and customer satisfaction.
8. Reporting and Analytics
· Track and report on key performance metrics such as sales closures, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
· Provide periodic updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
· Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
· Obtaining Work Completion and Feed Back Form Signed by Client against work completion.
9. Training and Development
· Attend training sessions to stay updated on the latest surveillance technologies, including AI and IoT trends.
· Train clients and partners on basic functionalities of solutions to enhance user adoption.
10. Compliance and Ethical Practices
· Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
· Maintain ethical standards in dealing with clients and partners.
