We are looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth Scrum execution, and making a direct impact on business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Define product roadmaps and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track sprint progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
• Maintain backlog grooming and prioritization for continuous improvement.
• Drive Agile adoption by monitoring processes and implementing best practices.
• Analyze data and generate insights to enhance business efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business analysis: 2 years (Preferred)
• Scrum Master: 2 years (Preferred)
