Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making
- Assist in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
- Support the development of business cases and strategic recommendations
- Participate in virtual meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Business analysis techniques and methodologies
- Data interpretation, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and team members
- Problem-solving and critical thinking in real business scenarios
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) is a plus
