Business Analyst/Quality Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements. Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Functional Documentation. Develop process flows, user journeys, and system workflows to visualize business processes. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, or Figma. Ensure that business requirements are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with project objectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Define, create, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure the functionality, performance, and usability of applications. Conduct manual and functional testing of mobile and web applications. Identify and document defects, ensuring timely resolution by working closely with development teams. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather feedback to ensure product quality and usability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and business stakeholders. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or other workspace management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align expectations and deliverables.

Technical Knowledge:

• Must have worked on different platforms including Native Android, Native iOS, Flutter, React Native, MERN/MEAN stack. Basic understanding of JavaScript-based technologies and development workflows. Awareness of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹264,000.00 per year
