Business Analyst/Project Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Manager cum Business Analyst to lead projects and

analyze business needs to drive effective solutions. The ideal candidate will manage project lifecycles,

gather and define business requirements, and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders and

technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Engage with Client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide detailed scope of work and estimation for the project requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Client and development teams to design effective solutions.
• Assist in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
