Business Analyst/Project Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Manager with a proven track record of driving business strategy, defining product roadmaps, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Strategy:

• Analyze business needs, identify pain points, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.

Product Management & Execution:

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous improvements.

Stakeholder & Project Management:

• Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and product demonstrations to leadership.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years in Business Analysis, Product Management

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Visio).
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency in data analytics, AI/ML, or cloud technologies.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile.
