Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, client handling, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze technical requirements and translate them into business solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
-Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
-Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
-Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and convert leads.
Client Handling:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Manage client relationships, from initial engagement to project delivery.
-Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and address any concerns.
Project Handling:
-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
-Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
Technical Analysis:
-Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective solutions.
-Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
-Prepare detailed documentation of system requirements and processes.
-Ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role.
-Proven experience in lead generation and client handling.
-Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
