What you can expect from the job

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with strong product ownership and management skills to drive the success of our digital solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions. You will also be involved in Pre-Sales activities for our service offerings including M365 specific offerings.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and refine product requirements.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Collaborate with development teams using Agile methodologies to drive efficient product delivery.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to enhance product strategy.

Define KPIs and track product performance to drive continuous improvements.

Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency in product development and decision-making.

Engage in Pre-sales activities facilitating customer conversations and capturing business needs.

What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on product ownership/management.

Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.

Experience in Work Breakdown structure, MVP definition and User story development.

Other desirable skills/characteristics

Certification in CBAP, CSPO, or equivalent

Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or digital transformation projects.

Understanding of M365 offerings and services.

Willingness to travel domestic/international

Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices
