Location: Fonix Technologies, Vardhman Nagar-A, Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019.
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Experience: 6 months – 1 Year in IT & Services Consulting
Timings: 5:00AM to 2:00PM Or 6:00PM to 3:00AM
Preference: Male Candidates Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
- Outreach & Communication: Initiate contact with potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to introduce the company’s services.
- Client Engagement: Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales team to nurture client relationships.
- Proposal & Presentation Support: Help prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and organized data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights for better lead conversion.
- Reporting & Insights: Track and analyze outreach performance, generating reports to measure success and suggest improvements.
- Bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms to secure business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and confidently close deals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT consulting/services).
- Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (Computer Science or related fields).Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and persuasion skills.
- Networking Ability: Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for sales.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to turn potential leads into successful deals.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT solutions and consulting services.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Experience / Knowledge in email marketing automation is a plus.
- CRM Tools: Experience in using CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Personal Vehicle & Driving License: Required for ease of travel.
- Required: Experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must.
