Overview

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience - 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience - Six Sigma Black Belt - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence - Experience as a lean sensei, or experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
The Global Accounts Receivable Product team is seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to drive data-driven solutions and process improvements across our global operations. The ideal candidate excels at analyzing complex data, transforming business challenges into clear problem statements, and implementing strategic solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in business analysis, project management, and requirements documentation, who can successfully lead in both technical and non-technical environments. This role demands strong communication skills, independent judgment, and the ability to navigate challenging conversations with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of solving complex business problems in a global, cross-cultural setting, while thriving in our fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key job responsibilities •Drive the execution of all processes in the tool convergence lifecycle, including discovery, planning, requirements and roadmap development, onboarding and change management •Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents that support the development on the application •Support migration of channels from legacy tools to new tools ensuring thorough UAT and PVT •Work with the cross-functional teams to manage prioritization, execution and monitoring of project activities •Create a change management strategy and plan to support the adoption of key changes required through change execution and transition periods •Partner with the Service Centers and the Product Managers on key productivity metrics, analyzing data and developing strategies/proposals that impact the customer experience •Influence business, operational and technical teams to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented •Partner with the reporting team to define metrics, create reporting mock-ups, write requirements, support data availability and track reporting delivery

  • 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
