Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Analyst Lead to spearhead the business analysis function for our critical projects. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, driving solutions, and managing a team of analysts. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and leadership skills to ensure that business objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather comprehensive requirements.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement optimized workflows and business solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and effective solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver value.
• Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate that deliverables meet business requirements.
• Ensure smooth handover of solutions to end-users and operational teams.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Assist in managing risks, issues, and changes in project scope.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications like CBAP, PMP, or Agile are a plus!
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and data analysis platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,100,000.00 per year
